     I've always wanted a pair of Miu-miu maryjane platforms but I can't afford them. Forever 21 doesn't have my size :( But I now have happy feet as Carmelletes have their own version. (I got to have them in orange too. YEY!!). As usual they're so comfy! Love how the brand always have "cushioned-soles" for their high-heeled shoes and wedges.

New Wedgies :)

     My 4th shoe purchase for the year and it's just the second month. Will I be able to buy only 12 pairs this year? I MUST!!! One of my 2011's resolutions is to save up and buy only what's necessary -- hence, i must only buy maximum of 12 pairs for the year (regardless of the price) - yep I can buy 12 designer shoes if I CAN :p haha
     Anywhoo, this pair made its debut in the market last weekend. As usual it's very comfortable. I'm so happy even though the size is a bit big for me. Cork lang ang katapat nyan :p hehe

SUPER Comfy Heels!

     Since I was in Makati earlier this evening, I took the opportunity to go to Landmark Department Store and check out one of my favorite local brands, Carmelletes.  The brand has 2 new styles out this month.

This pair is uber comfy.  Too bad their smallest pair doesn't fit me.

Made of genuine leather for only P1,699.75

     I super love this Mcqueen inspired sling back booties. The platform seems to be made of cushion.  It didn't feel like I was wearing 5" heels. Considering that this pair is made of genuine leather plus the comfiness, this sells cheap for only P1,849.75. If all high-heeled-shoes are as easy to walk with as this, I will never wear flats :)

     Wore my mom's dancing shoes last Monday. I've been looking for a nice pair of Mary Jane's for the longest time.  I was so disappointed when Forever 21 finally brought in their Miu-Miu inspired Mary Jane platforms but didn't have my size :(  I didn't know that dancing shoes are comfortable to walk with.

     Wore the wrong attire today. It was kinda hot and humid when I dressed up this morning so I decided to wear something light. Now it's raining and I'm freezing inside the coffee shop. My cousin said that there's this typhoon-looking formation southwest of Manila and we should be armed with an umbrella and jacket. GOOD JOB!!! I'm so ready for the rain! *sarcasm*

Comfort and Fashion

     Why can't all shoes be soft and comfortable? The kind that will make you not want to remove it even after a long day.  The one that you can walk around with from dusk til dawn.  Why can't it be comfortable and fashionable at the same time... all the time.  I know for a fact that most girls endure the pain of wearing uber nice shoes but really are already killing their feet. It's a price girls have to pay for fashion.

     I was in Trinoma last night and got to check out The Landmark Department Store for some nice shoes. I didn't plan to buy anything but was so tempted to get some pairs because of how comfortable they are. I'm sharing some of the pairs I wanted.

Both shoes have "cushioned-soles". It feels like you're stepping on mini pillows.
I'm pretty sure you can walk with these pairs all day or party all night without the ball part of your feet having that burning feeling.

These pairs are made of soft leather. It felt like cloth. Perfect for everyday wearing.
