Damit Co. Sunday

My cousins and I modeled for the clothing line, Damit Co. last Sunday.  It was one of those impromptu photoshoots we have when we're together. Haha. Yes, we're vain like that. Who isn't? I bet you are too :)

Exciting Project - done :)

If you've been a follower of my blog for a while, you would know by now how frustrated I get whenever I go shopping for shoes. It's either they don't carry a size 5 or it has already been sold out.  The solution? Have it customized to fit your feet :)
Around a month ago, I met up with a shoemaker for a MTO pair :) (click here).  I've been having a love affair with boots for quite sometime now and eventually fell in love with wedges too. So guess what I had made :p

My Inspirations were Giuseppi Zanotti and Dolce & Gabbana's Wedge Booties

Wedge Booties made of genuine leather (inside and out)

I love how comfy and light these babies are.  I won't tell you how much this cost me because if I do, local shoe designers might lose their business.  Funny coz these shoes cost less than the recent pair I bought in a bazaar made of synthetic leather.  This might be out on the market soon. Watch out for it :) The shoemaker's boss (her dad hehe) liked it and they asked my permission if they can have this mass produced and sell it under their brand.  I can't wait for my next MTO pairs :)

Exciting Project

Had an appointment with the shoemaker yesterday for my first MTO pair (Made to Order).  I didn't know that it's going to be complicated. I had to choose all the materials - from the main leather, to it's inside lining, zippers and other accents down to the heels.  Choosing and deciding is tricky as all the materials seems so similar.  Especially when I had to choose the color *whew*
It's going to take 1 month and 1/2 at the most ... aaargh the agony of waiting!!! I'm keeping my fingers crossed on how the shoes will look like. I hope I picked out the right materials :)

I'm sooooo excited! I can't wait
